The Energy is Flowing

The past two months have had a significant impact on my direction. One year from today, Dec 21, 2012, I will be moving to Momostenango, Guatemala. I will not be there to see the end of anything. I will be there to see a new path for me, and the ability to live my vision(s).

Christmas is upon us at Casa Guatemala. The preperations are overwhelming at times, but the joy and smiles on the kids is so rewarding. I will not play Santa Claus, but I know that the kids think of me as Abuelito. So I feel like I have given them the gift of love.

I recently lost my special maya bracelet made from coconut shell by one of my students last year. It was made principally 3 glyph charms. The boy happened to be back visiting his family for Christmas and he made me a new bracelet. This time I changed one of the glyphs to represent my concepion glyph of Lamat as I learned from Ken Johnson´s MCP webinar on Maya Astrology. My new bracelet consists of Lamat, Cib, and Chuen glyphs and several other ornament glyphs that also have the glyph pattern as my conception glyph of Lamat. My Maya birth glyph is Cib. I chose Chuen as the third glyph because of interest and studies of time which ultimately led me to want to learn and study the Maya Calendar.

This Dec 23 is my Maya birthday of 4 Cib. It is the start of an intense preparation of food for 600 people. We will be having Christmas at Casa Guatemala with the kids, our neighbors, and our friends. Santa Claus is coming by boat and will be landing around 7 pm on the 24th. Yes, the energy is flowing here.
