the movie gives an idea that mayan culture speaks of destruction, but, as i see it, it talks about a beautifull way to live and create , rather than destroy
What impact do you feel the movie will likely have on the way people worldwide will perceive the Mayan Calendar?
for some people it will bring more ignorance, but i'm sure that for those who want, it might open the way get to know the reall nature of the maya calendar and culture.
If you had the chance to remake this film/program, what would you do differently?
i would collect stories of people that work with the calendar, or any one who have knowledge of the culture, and film it.
but than it would be a completely another movie...
What would you like to say to the film's director, and/or the production studio?
try out the mayan calendar like the tzolkin... it's cool.
("2012" only) Roland Emmerich is allegedly planning a television series "post 2012". What do you think of this idea?
