How do you use the Mayan Calendar in your everyday life? Do you combine it with the Gregorian calendar?
I started using this amazing Energy Information Tool in the beginning of 2009, since then, I every day read the daily Sunsign and of course the tone. I also pay attention to the current Trecena which helps me a lot during the different energy phases that occur. I find that if you are focused on the Tzolkin the Gregorian calender gets in synchronicity with your life so that i dont really pay attention to what day it is or i plan something to happen on a specific day with a specific Sunsign, maybe i will in the future, but if you are getting connected to source energy its not necessary to plan.
How has the Mayan Calendar influenced or changed your way of life or thinking?
The greatest thing is that every thing starts to make sense, and with the guidance that this Time-Space-Energy tool provides life becomes much brighter and easier to understand. whilst before knowing this, you wonder why things happen at specific times, now you get a glimps, of how perfect this universe is working in every aspect, with the knowing of the Quiche Mayan Truecount Calender i feel much more comfortable in this amazing place that we call universe.
What challenges or difficulties have you encountered in integrating the Mayan Calendar into your daily life?
None, the understanding takes a while and i am still not even close to being an expert in knowing all the signs and stuff like that but, i get the Idea and that works great for me, i look up the Daily energy and let it flow from there on special days i try to do special stuff, not so long ago on 10akabal i went on the mountain Teide(3800m) and looked at the stars at night... amazingly beautiful... i try to do stuf like that, but i realized that i can also do alot of that in my head with my imagination.
What do you feel are the benefits of living with the Mayan Calendar?
A deep profound secureness with being connected to the flow of our universe and its purpose to create life and this tool guides us along the way in a beautiful dance like manner...
