How many in your family/community/group are living with the Mayan calendar?
just me really in the house.
How do you use the Mayan Calendar in your everyday life? Do you combine it with the Gregorian calendar?
mmmmm. Have been paying attention to the mayan, dreamspell, and gregorian.
I can't say i use it daily but am aware of it. Usually at the beginning of a Tracena for the mayan calendar, as i seem to get engulfed in other things, but in the back of my mind i know its there and unfolding.
Same with dream-spell, this has brought me a lot closer to the mayan calendar. having used this in New Zealand for a good few months. I feel like it was an introduction into the Mayan calendar. I still follow this sometimes day to day, sometimes not. At the moment ive just started to be more aware of it.
As with the gregorian, yes i'm paying attention to this.
How has the Mayan Calendar influenced or changed your way of life or thinking?
1, has brought about change within me because its more of a natural cycle, which is resonating with me.
2, i have learnt about a subject that seems to have a lot of meaning. It is helping me to understand more about myself and friends.
3, It has helped me understand more and more about who we are , where we are, and what we are to do.
What challenges or difficulties have you encountered in integrating the Mayan Calendar into your daily life?
simply being able to get hold of it, i know its on the net and in paper format, and i find one minute im really into it, then something comes up,(just some day to day occurance) and i will be involved in that and lose touch with the calendar system.
Sometime's i just wish that i could be with people who are into this, so i can actually get greater meaning of it with actual interaction with people who are following this. Sometimes things can't be done over the net or on paper, you need that interaction, physical energy experiences. Should be a festival or gathering or simple meeting perhaps. camping with fires and drums etc . Sounds great. This way i feel we can learn more and experience more and grow with these energies. A community experiment?
What do you feel are the benefits of living with the Mayan Calendar?
The fact that it brings about deeper meaning of our lives and all the life in and around our planet.

I have written something before on this, but it was not published. I did get a lovely email saying why, and thankyou for that. Maybe you could read the other one i sent and compare them both now over these months that have gone. It may be an interesting change if you can find it.
